No Refund Policy for Prepaid Services

1. No Refunds:

All payments for prepaid services are non-refundable. By purchasing our prepaid services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the services, changes in personal circumstances, or any other reason.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments under the following conditions:

a. Rescheduling Notice:

Clients must reschedule their appointments by contacting us either via phone or email. Rescheduling requests made through any other medium will not be considered.

b. Minimum Notice Period:

Rescheduling must be done at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any request to reschedule made within 6 hours of the appointment will not be accepted, and the prepaid service will be considered forfeited.

3. Forfeiture of Prepaid Services:

If the client fails to reschedule the appointment at least 6 hours in advance or fails to attend the appointment, the prepaid service will be considered forfeited, and the client will not be entitled to any refund or rescheduled appointment.

4. Amendments to Policy:

We reserve the right to amend or update this No Refund Policy for Prepaid Services at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes.

5. Acceptance of Policy:

By purchasing our prepaid services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this No Refund Policy for Prepaid Services.

6. Governing Law:

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
